TIME IS THE ESSENCE OF ALL

TIME

1. YOU AND I CANNOT CONTROL TIME.
(But we can manage what we do with it)

2. IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE.
    (Yes time is cost)

3. TIME PASSES QUICKLY.
(“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” -Mother Teresa)

4.  WATCH THE CLOCK.
(Everybody has the same number = 86 400)

5.  ONCE GONE IT IS GONE FOREVER.
(Time is precious. Waste it wisely)

6.  MAKE TIME A PRIORITY.
(Time is the essence of all)

Time management during exams is one thing to worry about for students. So, here are some simple rules to follow and make your life easier during exams.

Step 1: Start preparing for the test a week before it is held. This way, you will have plenty of time beforehand to ask your teachers about any doubts that may arise. When you finish learning two days before, revising the chapter again the next day will remove all confusion and a good grade is a promise.

Step 2: Time your revision process. Make columns on your diary (if you have any) or a book mentioning the time you are going to spend for each subject and each chapter. This helps you out to dedicate an appropriate time for each subject.

Step 3: When you prepare time-management columns, make sure to keep enough time for your daily needs. Don’t appropriate too much time for your studies, because your body needs the health and strength to study. If you spend enough time on your daily needs, like food, bathing, etc, your brain will be able to memorise easily.

Step 4: Suppose you have a test the next day, and you do not have enough time. You need to be smarter and pick out the important theories to learn, instead of memorising everything in the text, but know the conclusion of each topic, so that you can write yourself the rest.

Step 5: When you manage time for subjects, add a specific time for learning the subject as well as revising it. It’s better to revise in the mornings rather than learning. Learning and revising math on mornings works well.

Step 6: On your time management schedule for each subject, make sure you have enough intervals. Continuously studying the same subject of your test for two hours is not wise and creates boredom.

Step 7: Once you manage your time perfectly for a test, your self-confidence is boosted, which in turn helps you to remember all that you have learned.

Step 8: Don’t rush learning in the last five minutes to the test. This act only hampers your learning process. It’s better to stop revision or learning one hour before your examination, so that you are allowing your brain to recuperate.

Step 9: The crucial objective of time management for a test is all about reaping good grades. You can also find fun in time management; for instance, you can use colourful pens to mention different subjects in the schedule. This makes you feel fresh too.
